Project Overview This design for the strategy, marketing and communications department of MSU Denver was rooted in being able to attract and retain students to each college and school of the university. After an immense interview and research process, the particular character and goals of each college and school was considered in utilizing imagery and dictation. Each subject in the photos can be found either on campus or nearby in the city itself, and the bold statements encourage action and intrigue. The swirly sculpture captures the spirit of the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences as a program of thought and creativity. The Tivoli embodies MSU Denver’s unique School of Hospitality, Events and Tourism. The abstract sculpture references the rigid yet open approach of the School of Education. The shot in downtown Denver shows how the College of Professional Studies aims to get their students into the hustle and bustle of the real world. The sleek and modern skyscrapers for the College of Business indicates Denver’s growing economic influence and the presence of global and national companies within the city’s central business district.
